At the Guernsey Weigh, we take allergies very seriously. That's why we label everything that contains an allergen as such. We also take allergens into account when cleaning. Everything at The Guernsey Weigh is washed in allergen order, from least to most severe, starting at allergen free, followed by sulphur dioxide, soya, milk, wheat and gluten, and finally nuts. We do this to avoid cross contamination, to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us.
